Please read these rules carefully before using the service. By using the service, you agree to follow them at all times.

1. Acceptable Use

  • Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

2. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

  • Any unlawful purpose.
  • Soliciting others to perform or participate in unlawful acts.
  • Violating international, federal, provincial, state, or local laws or regulations.
  • Infringing the intellectual property rights of the service or others.
  • Harassment, abuse, defamation, intimidation, or discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
  • Submitting false or misleading information.
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code affecting the service or other websites.
  • Collecting or tracking personal information of others.
  • Spamming, phishing, automated crawling, scraping, or other unauthorized data collection.
  • Obscene or immoral activities.
  • Interfering with or bypassing security features of the service or related websites.

3. Validity Periods by Proxy Type

  • Residential Proxies: default validity is 3 months. Adding more GB for the same user refreshes the 3-month period without affecting previously purchased GBs.
  • Mobile Proxies: validity is 3 months; adding data extends the period without canceling previous GBs.
  • IPv6 Proxies: default validity is 1 month; adding data refreshes the expiration without removing previous GBs.
  • ISP Static Proxies: standard validity; adding data extends the period without affecting existing GBs.

4. Account & Access

  • Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold without permission.
  • Violation of rules may result in suspension or termination of the account.

5. Service Changes & Termination

  • We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate service at any time for rule violations.
  • Pricing, plans, and availability may change without notice.
